If life’s a lot right now, let’s make it lighter.

Are you navigating a life transition that’s left you anxious, low, uncertain, unable to move forward?

Becoming a mother, losing someone you love, moving countries, adapting to life with a child with additional needs, facing adolescence, or starting a new job…just to name a few.

I support individuals through life transitions that impact mental health, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Transitions involving a lot of change can be messy, but with the right help they can be true times of growth. I help you get through to a brighter tomorrow in a calm and constructive way.

Using positive psychology, CBT, and an integrative approach, I help you feel more grounded and connected, manage anxiety and low mood, and build sustainable goals and habits that support long-term wellbeing.

TESTIMONIALS

  • “I am incredibly grateful for the support I've received from Nadine. From our very first session, I felt a genuine connection and a safe space to express my thoughts and feelings. She is a wonderful lady—empathetic, insightful, and always attentive. I've gained valuable tools to navigate my challenges and a deeper understanding of myself. My journey with her has been transformative, and I can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support.”

  • “Just over two years ago, I lost my wife suddenly and unexpectedly. The storm of grief was overwhelming — something I could never have prepared for. Right away my conversations with Nadine felt natural, sincere, and deeply grounding. Her ability to listen without judgment, provide thoughtful insights and hold space for my grief helped me move through a time and space I couldn’t have navigated alone. I’ve worked with counsellors before and know how hard it can be to find someone you truly connect with. With Nadine, that connection was instant. I felt seen, heard, and understood — not as a client, but as a person. Even from across the world, her presence and care were felt in every message. I’m deeply grateful for the compassion she offered, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating grief, trauma, or emotional challenges. She brings not just skill, but heart and empathy.”

  • “Nadine has been a great counsellor and also mentor for me. She is someone that I feel I can deeply connect with and open up to, no matter what the situation. There’s a warm sense of understanding and compassion in every conversation that we have had. As a teenager, it’s usually hard to open up to adults-but with Nadine, it never felt scary or awkward to talk about anything. I always felt heard, respected , and supported.”
